Is stress stealing your energy (and your results)?

Hey Reader,

Ever feel like no matter how well you try to eat or how often you plan to work out or simply start any new healthy habit… you're just too exhausted to follow through?

Stress might be the hidden culprit.

We tend to think of stress as just a mental thing—something we feel when life gets overwhelming. But the truth is:

Chronic stress wrecks your metabolism, tanks your energy, hijacks your cravings, and messes with your sleep.

You can be doing everything “right”…
Eating better
Moving more
Trying to rest
…but if stress is running in the background 24/7 like a noisy app draining your battery, you’ll always feel like you’re running on fumes.

Time to spring clean your stress.

Start by identifying your “stress clutter”—the little things piling up and draining you without even realizing it.

📱 Constant notifications.
📅 An overbooked schedule.
🌪️ Chaos first thing in the morning.
😤 Not taking any time to breathe and reset.

You don’t need to go off-grid to reduce your stress—you just need some better rhythms.

Here are 3 simple ways to declutter stress starting today:

🙏 1. Begin your day with prayer and gratitude instead of social media
Before the world rushes in, ground yourself. Even 2 minutes of quiet, gratitude-filled prayer can shift your whole mindset.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” – 1 Peter 5:7

That’s not just a comforting verse—it’s a daily invitation. God doesn’t ask us to ignore our stress. He asks us to hand it over.

😮‍💨 2. Take five deep breaths before every meal
It sounds small, but it signals your body to shift from “fight or flight” into “rest and digest”—helping with both stress and digestion.

🚶 3. Move your body daily
Stress hormones like cortisol need a physical release. A walk, a workout, or even just stretching can help your body process stress instead of store it.

You don’t have to be stuck in survival mode. There’s a better way—and it starts with simple habits that reconnect your body, mind, and spirit.

👉 I created a 7-Day Devotional to help you do just that. It’s built for people who feel stretched thin, tired, and overwhelmed—but ready to reconnect with what matters most.

And hey—what’s one thing that’s been stressing you out lately?
Hit reply and tell me. I’d love to hear it and pray for you this week.

Caffeine from the coffee gives you energy to boost your performance If you’re not...
